This basket was a gift, so I have not personally been able to sample the food, but since I have received only positive comments about the gift, I assume it is good. I am VERY unhappy that my original order was not available and I was unable to reach anyone by telephone to discuss the matter. I am VERY unhappy I could not verify order information on your website or through emails I received; kept getting an error message that my order did not exist. I had no idea if my order would even be delivered. Your voice mail indicated I would receive a return call after leaving a few messages; that did not happen. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I wanted to verify payment and offer the price difference between the two items as the one I wanted was unavailable and the other I chose was more expensive. I could not because I could not reach anyone by phone. I WILL NOT PURCHASE FROM YOU AGAIN AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO FRIENDS. And all you had to do to make me happy was to return my phone calls.
